To fit this cover you will need to remove your old cover. I would recommend using a decent staple gun and a hot air gun or hair dryer to refit the replacement cover. 
 
If your original seat foam is slightly damaged you may want to consider purchasing a square of my dressing/smoothing foam in addition to the seat cover, available in my ebay shop
